Challenge Accepted!

Our client Shad came to us and asked us to help him sell his Burbank home quickly. The challenge was that it happened to be the week before Christmas. We knew that buyers might be distracted at that time of year, so we came up with a marketing plan that incorporated our unique videos and an open house event which we knew people couldn’t resist. We had two open houses, and they were both packed.

The upshot is that we were able to create a bidding war between multiple buyers, got an accepted offer within a week, and just sold Shad’s home for $85,000.00 over his asking price!
