Okay, so 2022 has been a bit busy for Ron and I and as a result, we’re a little behind in congratulating a number of our clients…but we’re back and making up for lost time!
First, we need to send out a belated Congrats to Richard and Vanessa. We looked at a number of homes together, but when we visited a massive Burbank stunner, on a lovely tree-lined street, just walking distance from the Chandler Bike Path, they knew this was “The One”. Despite fierce competition in the market and multiple offers, we put together the right strategy to win the bidding war, and the rest, as they say, is history.
